Handling Parking Tickets on Campuses

很多大学和学院都已采取了长期规划策略应对不断变化的停车需求，也实施了详细复杂的学生/教师停车政策、全面交通服务和许可制度等措施，但校园里的停车违规现象仍然存在。虽然开出了罚单，但收到罚金的比例并不高。外包停车罚单管理流程是校园应该考虑的一种可行的解决方法。

Many colleges and universities have adopted long term planning strategies to deal with their ever-changing parking needs,and have implemented detailed,intricated policies for student/faculty parking,overall transportation services,permit applications,etc.Yet,the fact remains that on campuses across the nation-as with municipalities-parking violations persist,citations are issued…and collection rates are not as high as they could be.In fact,those collection rates generally hover in a percentage range that,if it were translated to a "letter grade,"wouldn't exactly qualify for the Dean's List
Outsourcing the parking ticket management process is a potential solution that many campuses should consider.
