The valet system and associated processes detailed here are a result of a collaborative effort between Metropolitan Parking Service LLC (MPS) and Traffic & Safety Control Systems Inc.,to customize a McGann Valet software package.
The objective was to provide the resources required to measure the effectiveness of the valet operation being provided at the GM Renaissance Center in Detroit,Mich.The resulting data analysis enabled the management team at MPS to reduce labor costs by more efficient scheduling,decrease retrieval time,and garner more productivity from the remaining staff.
