Easy to Separate Right from Wrong!

　　2004年11月，斯德哥尔摩Carpark AB停车场的管理员开始在开罚单的时候采取照相取证的方式。每次开罚单时，他们同时要拍一些有关车辆、交通标志和仪表板的照片。这样做的结果是，上诉的数量明显减少。从2005年5月开始，斯德哥尔摩和塞德特里耶的所有停车管理员都开始配备数码相机。

In November 2004, the parking wardens at Carpark AB, in Stockholm, started to take photos as they issue-parking fines. Every time the wardens issue a fine, they also take some pictures of the car, the traffic signs and also take some pictures of the car, the traffic signs and also one or two of the dashboard. The effect is an important reduction in the number of appeals. Since may 2005 all wardens in Stockholm and sodertalje are equipped with a digital camera.

After the first month we had not one appeal, says peter Bouvin, one of the managers in the Stockholm region. We receive 'real' appeals only. Those who just do not want to pay, and before, tried to avoid payment by making use of the appeal system, now don't bother to appeal. On the parking fine the warden write 'photos taken', which has turned out to be sufficient.
