In Bulgarian, like most of the modern European and world cities, it is normal; a number of parking lots need to be determined, especially downtown where business and shopping centers are located.
The zone in the central part of Sofia has the highest level of parking concentration as well as the highest level offices. For that reason, there the parking problems are the most obvious.
